- 1 cup orange juice (fresh is best)
- 1 cup ice (3-5cubes)
- 1/2 banana
- 2 tbsp of vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder ( I used chocolate, because thats what I had).
Blend everything in a blender or with a stick (immersion) blender and enjoy immediately! ;D
