**This is a post on how i’m staying fit during my pregnancy journey and you can try these tips and excerices but differently consultant your doctor on what you can or cannot do, and of course stay healthy!**
This picture was taken at a spouse social event that was held by my husbands unit, This company provided FREE massages, (The pillow was specifically for pregnant women, VERY comfortable!) FREE childcare, chocolate strawberries, champagne for those that can drink, food, giveaways and so much information for military spouses!
I had such a great time. The event was held at San Diego Spine and Rehab where I learned about getting massages, adjustments, FREE childcare while you are getting treated, exercises that you can do there and at home, and by going to spine and rehab it will help during pregnancy and even shave off hours of labor! I was all about it and signed right up.
At first I was a little hesitate because of the cost of getting a routine massage and adjustments for my pregnancy but after going through the consultation, Tricare covers this FREE of charge! I was VERY Happy!
I started going 3x a week, up until my 40 weeks or until my doctor says otherwise, but I’ve been going for 2months now and it has helped me with staying fit and backaches so much!
They showed me excerices I can do with a yoga ball at home, strecthes for my calf, legs, arms, and back! I LOVE it, the workouts help me even have good back posture!
I also like to do the trend mill to help me walk and I do these excerices for about 5-30mins depending on how i’m feeling, but doing these 3x week helps me to stay fit and healthy for olivia’s arrival!
I get the most workout on the bike, I hit every spot on my body which helps me to stay relax, helps my breathing and excersing most of all helps me get a lot of rest! I hope you look into getting massages and treatments through your local area, Differently try this out and it won’t hurt to do the research through tricare, it will help you in the long run!!
