Here is a SUPER quick healthy meal I came up with, I actually just threw it together. I’m always on the look out for healthy quick recipes to feed my family during the week.

- Tortilla- Main Ingredient
- 1-Marinara sauce
- 2- Mixed Veggies
- 3- Mozzarella Cheese
- Cook Mixed Veggies
- Heat up tortilla and marinara sauce
- Combine all ingredients and add the cheese
