Are you having trouble deciding which blogging platform is right for you and your business? If you’re looking for an easily customizable and user-friendly option, look no further than WordPress.
What WordPress Has to Offer
WordPress offers easily customizable templates with many of templates to choose from. Some of these templates are free and can be found online through a search engine, via the WordPress website, or from developers themselves. Other WordPress templates can be created and designed by a professional to meet your specific business needs.
And you can also find WordPress templates available for sale online. In short, you can create a 100% unique website with WordPress templates.
It’s so very easy to use. Whether you’re a blogging novice or an industry expert, WordPress offers a user-friendly control panel. Even the customization of ready made templates is pretty straightforward.
And there are blog posts, manuals and forums on just about every WordPress topic under the sun which means if you have a question, chances are the answer is out there and easy to find.
Widgets and plug-ins. Because WordPress is so very popular, there are literally thousands of developers continuously working to create widgets and plug-ins to solve the needs of business owners like you and to make your blog experience unique for your readers and customers.
Widgets and plug-ins cater to just about every interest or need from games, to social networking to SEO tracking and data. If you need it, you can probably find it in a widget or a plug-in.

Here is a story I written on why I choose to transfer from blogger to wordpress! Read HERE!

I bought Blogelina’s package a couple days ago. I’m trying to decide which host to use. I’m terrified to be switching.

I used Godaddy, I choose this one and so far I have no complaints, they have been good to me!
I love WordPress! I have a self-hosted WordPress site, and I’ve been very pleased with my decision.
Me too! My page views have jumped from 1,000 to 46,000 in a few months!
WordPress is really better but my blog is at Blogger. I just made it using Blogger because I really didn’t have the intention of making it grow like this. Now, I am thinking of transferring it to WordPress but I might face problems with that.

Blogger is SUPER easy, wordpress you will grow to learn how to work with it.
I wish I had started with Word Press so now I need to transfer. I don’t want to do it myself though.

I know what you mean, it is a little bit more work but its not too bad once you get the hang of it!
WordPress! Blogger puts in all sorts of superfluous code and owns your blog. With WordPress, you 100% control your content and coding.

i personally love wordpress and was so happy that i switched a year ago!

I’m currently in the process of switching, after 7 years of blogging with Blogger. I didn’t know about WP when I started blogging, but I’ve always been happy with Blogger… until now. I realized that for SEO and better organization, I need WP. It is somehow regarded as more “professional” in the industry to have WP. So I’m making the leap! 🙂 Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Thank you for stopping by!
Did you have someone help you make the switch to WordPress? I love the look and feel of WP but the guy I contacted to help was charging $400. I had to graciously decline!

Would love to know your thoughts on the switch!
This is something I really need to look into. I’ve heard it’s easier to switch soon rather than later.

Thank you so much for stopping by, It was VERY heard at first but you will get the hang of it!
I use WordPress for my blog. I love the flexibility of self hosting but it does require a bit more coding knowledge especially if you have database issues. However, your host can help with some of the issues and there are tons of wordpress tutorials.
I have a blogger account for a smaller blog that I write sometimes. It is easy and free but it is limited compared to my wordpress blog.
