Can You eat healthy at the dollar tree? I am a busy mom of 3 and sometimes, I want a quick, affordable way for myself and kids to eat healthy on the go, without all the junk. I thought because it’s the dollar tree and a lot of their products are $1 quality products, you will find foods filled with junk and nothing healthy but sometimes you can get good finds there and I wanted to know if healthy foods, without all the sugar and high salt content, can be found there…

I was surprise to see this, I typically find snacks like this at a health food store. You can eat this as a snack, you can put in a salad or make an awesome trail mix. Just be careful of the salt content.
The are my favorite go to snack for not only myself but my kids as well. I grab these as a simple way to fix my snack fix. Plus its 100 calories!
I LOVE to cook with vegetable broth or stock. At some supermarkets you can only find just the beef and chicken stock, so I was surprise to find this yummy ingredient. I use this to cook with rice, beans, salad dressing, etc. Plus, its reduce sodium and $1!!! SCORE!!!
So, I love pickled vegetables in my salad and as a side…Maybe i’m a weirdo, I thought this was a score.
Here is another surprise, unsweetened coconut milk! I use this to whipped cream, in my smoothies and to find this yummy treat in the $1 was another SCORE!!!
Now, this can of pineapples was THE ONLY one without corn syrup, this one has its own juice and I LOVE this. Another SCORE!!!
Here is another go-to snack for my kids. They LOVE this as an afternoon snack and for a road trip snack ride as well.
