In Success Regimen for entrepreneurs I sent the foundation in really establishing a success regimen to be successful in business as entrepreneurs. s entrepreneurs, were in the business of making money for whatever reason, having strategies, systems, regimen, etc. in place to achieve an income in business and in life. What steps are you taking to achieve that?
A regimen is commonly used as a health term, meaning there’s a plan in place to improve or maintain the health of someone. I liked the idea of a “regimen” in business because now you will have systems in place to improve or maintain your business for success.
Success is what we’re reaching for in business but do we have a plan in place for that? Other than website, blog, a social media platform, etc? I shared…
Spending time with God is important for success
“Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.”
Listening to motivational messages
“So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.”
Reading books towards your goal
“I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.”
Review your dreams and goals
“And the Lord answered me: “Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it.”
“So don’t sit around on your hands! No more dragging your feet! Clear the path for long-distance runners so no one will trip and fall, so no one will step in a hole and sprain an ankle. Help each other out. And run for it!”
In this post, I’m going to share with you the tools to actually achieve the steps shown above, in part 1. To help you along the way of being successful in not just in business but in all areas of your life.
Steps to achieve your success regimen:
- Start small. (Take one step at a time)
- Be Consistent
- Set a 21 day goal (Break old habits and start a new successful one).
- Write your goals down. (Marking off on a calendar everyday is encouraging and helps build confidence).
- Form a support group or join a support group. (getting an accountability partner and/or mentor to not only hold you accountable to complete each day but to help support you in your new goals and Journey).
Following and doing these steps as helped me personally in my Journey in business. I shared my testimony in Part 1. I want you to be successful in your walk as well. You don’t have to follow what everyone else is doing, get frustrated, quit, have your family upset, your health in danger, you have places to go and things to do. God doesn’t want you to feel stressed, quit or even hurt your family in the process of building yourself and business. God wants to do so much more in your life then giving you money. He wants to be apart of the process, He wants you to depend on HIM and HIM ONLY! He has your best in mind.
In my book: S.M.A.R.T. Goals for the Christian Entrepreneur I go more in detail about the ups and downs I experienced in pursuing success on my own, without God.
““Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.”
Grace will take you places hustling can’t… Let’s Go!
