Here’s a fun and easy recipe, I have in the archives, I pull out during the Holidays. This is made as a bread but you can make this into muffins as well. It’s so easy, I made a video of my son making this in the kitchen for Christmas. I LOVE holiday baking and making my family so happy about bread, muffins, cookies and more.
In this recipe you can use fresh cranberries or frozen. You can also you any kind of sweetener as well, such as maple syrup, honey, no calorie sugar, etc. You can use what you have on hand, if you don’t have brown sugar, this is a very versatile recipe you can turn into anything you like.
- 2 Cups of Flour
- 2/4 Brown sugar
- 2/4 Granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup of frozen or fresh cranberries
- 1 tsp orange zest
- Heat oven 350 degrees
- Combine wet and Dry ingredients
- Pour into bread pan
- Bake for 20 mins
- You can play around with the sugar amounts, Instead of brown sugar, You can just add 1/2 cup of granulated sugar.
- You can also use similar measurements to bake muffins.
