I LOVE pumpkin spice. If you don’t know anything else about me, know that, I LOVE pumpkin spice especially during this time of season. Pumpkin Spice EVERYTHING! Add pumpkin spice and make it dairy free, then I’m in heaven, in love, on cloud 9 and more. I LOVE to make dairy free recipes because dairy doesn’t agree with me, I break out on my face and need to use other food alternatives. I LOVE quick and easy Crockpot dinners. I just started school, my kids just starting middle school and hubby working hard in his new job. So, I’m always in a look out for quick meals. In the months to come, I will be sharing a lot of quick dinner meals for the family, meatless meals for my husband and non-dairy meals for myself. Stay tuned on the look out for fun, tasty, yummy recipes. Let’s cook! You can create this chicken recipe anyway you want, barbecue, Cajun style, lemon pepper, etc. You can use what you have and make it your family favorite. Every year in march, McDonald’s come out with a Shamrock Shake in promotion of St.Patrick’s day. Here’s a little bit about St. Patrick’s Story, Patrick spread the Word of God across Ireland after he was kidnapped by pirates at age fourteen and sold as a slave to be a shepherd. He later escaped back to his homeland of England where a few years later was given a vision from God to study for the priesthood, be ordained, and then go back to Ireland. Through all of his sufferings his faith in the Lord was tested and proved. Sweet Potatoes and Black bean Chili! I LOVE to try out new recipes that look easy! Here is a SUPER easy recipe, you can use in a slow cooker or you can even make as a salad! (I will try that later!) I also LOVE spices!! Especially cumin, garlic, black pepper. Yummy! I added some extra ingredients for my family taste. I added honey which made it SOOOOO good and delicious! You can add any ingredients you want to, for your taste, or your families as well. My kids LOVE anything sweet, so this was gone by the end of the night.
